Ok, the reason this is getting a write up for day 19 and not day 20, which might get a write up to, because I have an award dinner tomorrow, but at the tail end of my workout I put my gallon jug on a bench while adjusting the incline. I`m still not too familiar with the equipment at Bev`s, and it was one of the incline benches that when you flatten it, both parts of the bench move, and my water jug fell and was destroyed. It was about 8 in the morning, so I was able to same day deliver a replacement from Amazon, so after about half way through, since I didn`t have a measurement, I had to start my gallon over. I`m pretty sure I drank between 160 and 180 ounces of water today, but I got it done, and with hours to spare before bedtime. There`s no way I can cheat, because all I have in my apartment is prepped food, I`m just scheduled to have one more serving of Greek Yogurt before bedtime, so I`m calling it a victory, and I`m putting my phone away. I don`t plan on doing any races this weekend, but I do plan on getting up earlier than normal for a long ruck, so I plan on going to bed very soon...
